About us

A partnership for change

West Oxfordshire District Council (WODC) works collaboratively with the local community and key partners including Oxfordshire County Council to develop the overall vision for the garden village. Our work is supported and informed by intelligence collected by specialists on employment, transport, ecology, green infrastructure, water and flooding, landscape, heritage and housing. All this information has been captured and woven together to create the Salt Cross Garden Village Area Action Plan.

Grosvenor Developments Ltd represents the landowners to promote the site and collaboratively develop the outline planning application. Grosvenor Developments Ltd also has a website detailing their work on the Salt Cross Garden Village which can be viewed here.

Working with you to develop the plan

The Salt Cross Garden Village Community Forum is a series of events that aim to facilitate open and honest discussions between the local community and partners. By listening and responding, everyone can play their part in delivering an ambitious programme of change that achieves real and meaningful outcomes for people. Together, we can build a place that people are proud of.
